hosted its 4th Annual
Production Assistance
and Script Development
Awards on Monday 7th
April 2008.
Additionally, at this
occasion, a presentation
was made to the 2008
Rebate Recipient,
Jean-Michel Gibert. The
ceremony was held at
Movie Towne, Cinema 2
with a stunning
reception in the lobby
area to close the
evening. A whimsical
presentation was
delivered by Mr. Brian
MacFarlane. The
atmosphere was accented
with the soft natural
tones of the Band
“Jewels of Nature” in
addition to having a
display of four (4)
lily-winged costume
characters on circular
platforms.
This year, we were
delighted to award 21
projects comprising of
12 scripts and 9
productions.
