September- October 2007 :
Trinidad and Tobago Film
Festival (TTFF)
The 2007 film festival was
scheduled for one month from
September 27 2007 to October 27
2007. The objective of the
Festival was to take film to the
people, creating an awareness of
film and the art- form. This
year the festival began with
screenings at MovieTowne and
branches out into an outreach
program to roll out public
screenings, animation and engage
brief discussions in targeted
communities throughout Trinidad
& Tobago. Thereafter, the Animae
Caribe Film Festival was
launched at the UWI Campus in
St. Augustine taking the
Trinidad and Tobago Film
Festival to a close with an
Award Ceremony.
